Appreciated our big rooms.
The low-budget hotel was deluxe! Location: the property was just next door to century plaza, Fuente Osmena and centre of town. It was relatively close to Sparky's Grill, serving fast food.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel had a good price and offered free breakfast and WiFi. Plus, its location was convenient as it was close to several restaurants and a shopping center. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which had a balcony and faced a beautiful park.
The room was dirty, and I found hair in the bathroom and bed sheets. , the air conditioning was not efficient, and it was noisy, disturbing my sleep.

Our recent stay in this hotel was located in a great neighbourhood with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. the room was well equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning that functioned well and adequate toiletries provided for use. the staff provided excellent service, their helpfulness being the standout feature of our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the gym and spa facilities were well-maintained ensuring an enjoyable experience.
The WiFi provided was unreliable during our time there which was a major inconvenience.

During my Easter stay in this budget hotel, I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to provide help with any issue that arose. the hotel's location is another advantage, as it is surrounded by various stores, restaurants, and bars.
Despite highlighting the issue to the staff, nothing changed, and it was challenging to get a reliable connection in my room.
